Construction Update Summer 2024

Construction at Oakridge Park is progressing well as we approach the end of Summer. Suite finishing work at Oakridge x Castiglia will commence in the Fall with Oakridge x Lissoni, Oakridge x Clemande, and Oakridge x Westbank towers following shortly after.

Work has commenced on the 9-acre park. The construction of the entrance staircases are now complete, and the form of the three-story slide for the Children’s Play Area by the Community Centre is now underway.

Retail tenants are beginning Tenant Improvements on their locations within the Oakridge Park shopping centre.

The first Sanctuary Pod at Oakridge Park was successfully installed on the Oakridge x Castiglia tower at the end of August.
