Construction Update Spring 2024

Construction at Oakridge Park continues to progress as we approach the summer months. Oakridge x Piero Lissoni, the tallest tower in the project at 42 storeys, has now topped off, while construction on the rest of the buildings continues to progress well. The curtain wall system is currently being installed across Oakridge x Lissoni, Oakridge x Castiglia, Oakridge x Clemande and Oakridge x Westbank. The team on site is preparing to install the first of the Sanctuary balcony pods, set to commence in a few weeks. Once the first Sanctuary pods have been installed, installation will progress quickly in sequence throughout the other buildings.

On the retail front, interior work is ongoing in the shopping centre in preparation for turnover to our retail tenants. We recently announced the first fine jewellery brands joining the retail experience at Oakridge Park: Tiffany & Co., Bvlgari, Chaumet, Chow Tai Fook, David Yurman, Jacob & Co., Rolex, TAG Heuer, and TUDOR.
