Construction Update

Construction at Oakridge Park continues to progress well. The Phase 1 North West parkade is complete and we have now reached grade on the foundation of the Community Centre and Buildings 1 and 2. The main raft foundation of Oakridge x Castiglia was poured at the end of June and Oakridge x Lissoni will be poured mid-month. Work has now commenced on the parkade slabs of the two buildings.

The Phase 1 South parkade is on schedule with the raft foundations for both Oakridge x Westbank and Oakridge x Clemande now complete. The majority of the first level of the parkade is complete and the second level is being formed. Demolition work on the mid-section of the mall is well underway and the North East Office building is currently being prepared for demolition.
