Construction Update February 2024

As we enter the new year, construction at Oakridge Park continues to progress well through the winter season. The Oakridge x Castiglia and Oakridge x Clémande towers are now topped off and Piero Lissoni x Oakridge is set to top off imminently, having reached level 42, its final level. Oakridge x Westbank is also approaching top off, having reached level 24. Glazing and curtain wall installation is well underway on all towers, and we will begin placing balcony pods on the residential towers in the next month.

Construction is progressing on the retail and office portions, with the build-out of Vancouver’s first Time Out Market underway, the wave canopy over the podium is nearing completion and the majority of the skylights are installed. Landscaping work has begin on the 9-acre park.
